Our Capabilities & Equipment

Fast Cycle SLS 3D Printers

Nexa3D QLS 230 / QLS 260

QLS is an open platform selective laser sintering (SLS) 3D printer with an unrivaled 21 hour cycle speed. It uses a single 60 Watt CO2 laser to produce prototypes and production parts with robust mechanical and thermal properties. In addition to a broad range of high-temp thermoplastic and metal materials, it also excels with recycled waste powder from other technologies like multi jet fusion.

Build Volume: 230 x 230 x 250 mm (9 x 9 x 9.8 in)

High Speed LSPc (mSLA) 3D Printers

Nexa3D XiP and XiP pro

XiP Pro is an industrial resin 3D printer delivering highest production throughput at the lowest cost of operation. Offering the largest build volume and fastest print speed in its class, its unrivaled productivity allows you to produce functional prototypes and final use parts at previously unattainable production economics. Its state of the art, LCD-based VAT photopolymerization process using the patented Lubricant Sublayer Photocuring (LSPc) technology delivers high accuracy, excellent dimensional stability, and superb surface quality.

Why choose us?

We know you can't be all things to all people. Instead of offering a wide range of 3d printing processes, we're focused solely on expanding our SLS and LSPc (mSLA) production capacity to meet the demand of our local customer base.

Rapidly Reduce Your Cost Per Part

By purchasing direct through us as a local contract manufacturer, our clients save 50% or more when compared to leading manufacturing marketplaces.

Sustainable Manufacturing

Most powder-bed 3d printing processes waste 30-50% of material. Our technology can recycle up to 99% of "waste powder".

Expand Your In-House Capabilities

We're a contract manufacturer and equipment reseller. When you're ready to bring production in-house - we make the transition seamless.

Our quote engine is still in BETA and does not include all available materials or manufacturing processes. If you don't see what you need, or want to discuss a corporate discount, please schedule a part review with one of our Additive Manufacturing Engineers.
